CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Our official check-in time begins at 3pm, but subject to room availability might be possible earlier. Check-out time is at noon and in our Comfort-rooms you have an option to a late check-out until 1pm (please inform late check-out to reception);
PARKING: We have 6 parking places in our backyard (gate height 2,25m and width 2,4m), which can be reserved during the booking of your room at a rate of 30€/ night. In addition to our own parking spaces, we offer a special rate of 32€ per 24 hours (to be added to the room bill according to the length of stay) at the P-Autotalo parking hall located at Runeberginkatu 3. You can provide your license plate number to the hotel reception, so there is no need for tickets.P-Autotalo parking instruction (pdf)
CLEANING: Our housekeeping is cleaning stayovers between 10am and 6pm, please let us (reception) know if you prefer to have the cleaning at a certain time or not to have cleaning at all.
IRONING: We have a room for inroning on the 5th floor, next to room 521.
LUGGAGE ROOM: We have a locked luggage room in our lobby which our guests can use free of charge before c-in and after c-out. Please notice that we are not responsible for any valuables stored in the luggage room.
TAP & BOTTLED WATER: According to a Unesco report, Finland has the world’s best drinking water that comes from the tap. By drinking clean water you can improve, among other things, your metabolism. If you prefer bottled water, it is available for purchase at our lobby shop.
LOYALTY PROGRAM: Helka is a privately owned Hotel, so we do not have a loyalty program. We recommend to sign up for our newsletter, to be the first to receive news and campaign information.
